Relying on God
Psalm 20:7
“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses;
But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.”
Hi Rehobot Kids! Have you ever felt like you have to be great on your own to succeed? Maybe during a competition, a test, or a game, you feel like you can only rely on your own ability.
God’s Word reminds us that some people trust in their own strength. But we are different—we rely on God. That means we believe God is the One who helps us, gives us strength, and guides us in everything we do.
You may not always be the smartest or the strongest, but if God is on your side, you don’t need to be afraid. God can help you do things that feel difficult.
So today, Rehobot Kids, when you face something, don’t rely only on yourself. Pray and say, “God, I trust You to help me.” Remember, relying on God makes our hearts calm, strong, and full of joy!
