Nara’s Prayer
Psalm 86:7
“When I am in distress, I call to You, because You answer me.”
That night, Nara couldn’t sleep soundly. Tomorrow she has to perform singing at the school event. The more she thought about it, the more nervous she became. Seeing Nara worried, Mama said, “If Nara’s heart is afraid, tell everything to God.” He always listens to the prayers of His children.” Before going to bed, Nara prayed and asked God to give her courage. The next day, although still a bit nervous, Nara felt calmer because she believed God was with her.
Rehobot Kids, everyone must have experienced difficult days. Maybe you’re afraid of facing a test, sad because of a fight with a friend, or worried when a family member is sick. In times like that, don’t keep everything to yourself. Come to God and share all the contents of your heart through prayer.
When we come to God, He always listens with love. Sometimes the problems we face are not immediately resolved, but God provides strength, courage, and peace so that we can face them with a heart that remains faithful.
Come on, Rehobot Kids, make it a habit to talk to God every day, whether we are happy or facing problems. God never gets tired of listening to His children’s prayers. He is always present, strengthening, and accompanying us every step of the way.
