Help That Never Fails
Psalm 121:2
“My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”
One day, the people of Israel stood in front of the Red Sea. Behind them, the Egyptian army was chasing them. In front of them was a wide sea blocking their way. There was nowhere to run. Everyone was afraid and panicking.
But Moses said, “Do not be afraid. The Lord will fight for you!” Then God did an amazing miracle—He parted the Red Sea so the Israelites could walk on dry ground and be saved.
Rehobot Kids, the God we worship is an amazing God. He is the Creator of heaven and earth. That means nothing is too hard for Him.
Today we learn that our help comes from God. Not from our own strength, not from how smart we are, but from God who has the power to do great things.
Maybe today you are facing something difficult—hard schoolwork, problems with friends, or something that makes you feel sad. It may feel like there’s no way out. But remember, the same God who parted the Red Sea is helping you today.
When we trust and rely on Him, God will make a way. It may not always be the way we expect, but it will always be the best way.
So let’s learn to fully trust God, Rehobot Kids. When you don’t know what to do, remember this: your help comes from the Lord.
