Help from God
Psalm 9:10
“Those who know Your name trust in You,
for You, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek You.”
That morning, the clock showed 6:30 a.m. Felix rode his bicycle to school like he usually did. He pedaled with excitement because there was a test that day. Felix had studied hard and wanted to arrive at school on time.
But in the middle of the journey, suddenly his bicycle tire went flat. He could no longer ride it. Felix had to push his bike while looking for help. After a while, he found a tire repair shop. When he looked at the time, Felix was shocked—it was already 6:50 a.m., and the test would start at 7:00 a.m. His heart began to panic and feel afraid.
Felix felt confused and almost gave up. Then he stopped for a moment and prayed to God. He told God everything he was feeling—his fear, his worries, and his hope to arrive at school on time. Felix believed that God heard his prayer.
Not long after that, a car stopped nearby. Anya and her driver saw Felix and offered to help. After paying for the tire repair and leaving his bike there, Felix was taken to school. Praise God, he arrived just in time before the test began. Felix’s heart was full of gratitude because he experienced God’s help.
Rehobot Kids, God’s Word tells us that God never leaves those who seek Him. When we pray and trust God, He always hears us and helps us at the right time. Because God is faithful, we can live with calm hearts and full trust in Him.
