Today’s devotion title:
Happier When We Give

Acts 20:35
“It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Hi, Rehobot Kids! How are you today? Hope you’re all doing great and staying healthy! Have you ever felt really happy after giving something to a friend? Like when you share cute stickers, a small snack, or help carry their books. It feels warm inside, like a little happiness pops up in your heart. That’s because God made us to care for each other and help each other.

In Acts 20:35, we learn that we share not so people will praise us or pay us back, but because God fills our hearts with joy when we give. Giving isn’t only about stuff. It can also be attention, time, and kindness. Imagine you see a friend who looks sad, and you go up to them and say, “Hey, cheer up! You’re not alone.” That’s a kind of giving too! Or when you share your lunch with a friend who forgot to bring food—you’re being God’s blessing at school.

Rehobot Kids, God really loves kids who have generous hearts. He sees every small good thing we do, even when other people don’t notice. So don’t get tired of doing good, okay?

Be thankful that God gives us chances to be a blessing to others. When we give with a sincere heart, God is happy and proud to see our love.

So starting today, let’s learn to give without expecting anything back. Because a heart that loves to give is a heart that makes God smile!
