God Gives Peace to My Heart
Isaiah 41:10
“So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Hello, Rehobot Kids! Nowadays, we often hear news or stories that make our hearts feel worried or scared. Sometimes, even when nothing scary is happening around us, our hearts still feel uneasy. We may find it hard to sleep, feel anxious, or keep thinking about something over and over again. But did you know? God does not come to make us afraid—He comes to bring peace.
Through His Word, God says, “Do not be afraid, for I am with you.” This means God knows what is in our hearts. When we feel weak or worried, God does not get angry with us. Instead, He strengthens us with His love. God wants our hearts to be calm and to trust Him fully.
Imagine a lake with water that is wavy because of strong wind. When the wind stops, the water becomes calm and clear. Our hearts can be like that too. When we worry, our hearts feel shaky. But when we pray and remember God, His peace makes our hearts calm again.
Rehobot Kids, if your heart feels worried or afraid, remember that God is never far away. He is right beside you and holding your hand. Come to God in prayer. God will place His peace in your heart and help you feel safe, calm, and loved every day.
