Forgiving Shows a Loving Heart
Ephesians 4:32
“Be kind and loving to one another, and forgive each other, just as God in Christ has forgiven you.”
Hi, Rehobot Kids! Have you ever felt warm and happy after sharing with a friend? Maybe you shared your lunch, lent some stationery, or helped a friend who fell down. Even though those things seem simple, kindness like that can make both your heart and your friend’s heart feel happy.
God’s Word teaches us to live kindly, with love, and to forgive one another. God doesn’t want us to live selfishly. He wants us to help and love each other, just like He loved us first and forgave us.
Forgiving is a sign that our hearts are full of love. The love we receive from God is meant to be shared when we choose to be kind and when we don’t pay back bad things with bad things. Through our small actions, our friends can feel God’s goodness, and God’s love becomes real through our lives.
So let’s be thankful today, Rehobot Kids, by living with loving hearts. Let’s help one another, share sincerely, and become channels of God’s love wherever we are.
