Becoming a Fruitful Tree
Psalm 1:3
“He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither.”
Hello, Rehobot Kids! Have you ever seen a big tree that is full of leaves and fruit? Trees like that make people happy because they provide shade and delicious fruit. God wants our lives to be like that too—strong and full of good fruit.
The Bible says that people who stay close to God are like trees planted beside a stream of water. That tree always has enough water, so it stays healthy and keeps growing. In the same way, when we pray, read God’s Word, worship Him, and learn to obey Him, our hearts become strong and our lives can bring joy to others.
For example, when a friend feels sad and you invite them to play or encourage them, it is like producing good fruit. God can use even our small acts of kindness to help others feel loved and cared for.
Rehobot Kids, let’s stay close to God every day. When our hearts remain close to Him, our lives will grow strong like a healthy tree that produces good fruit and becomes a blessing to many people!
