Be Brave to Choose What Is Right
Psalm 119:105
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
One day, Rina was taking a test in class. She saw her friend cheating and inviting her to do the same so she could get a good score. Rina felt confused and afraid.
Rehobot Kids, sometimes we feel the same way. When we have to choose between what is right and what is wrong, it can feel like walking in the dark without knowing which way to go.
But Rina remembered God’s Word, which teaches us to be honest. She decided to do the test on her own even though it was difficult. After finishing, her heart felt peaceful and happy because she had chosen to do the right thing.
From this story, we learn that God’s Word is the light that guides our steps. So every day, let’s learn to listen to God’s Word so we can be brave to choose what is right and live in a way that pleases God.
