A Surprise from Father
Jeremiah 33:3
“Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”
One day, Stella received a card from her Dad. The card read, “Come to Mom and Dad’s room after dinner. Dad has a surprise for you.” Stella felt curious. After dinner, she immediately fulfilled the invitation. It turned out that Papa had prepared time to play together, read stories, and give small gifts. Stella only enjoyed all of that after she came to fulfill her father’s invitation.
Rehobot Kids, God also invites us to come to Him through prayer. In Jeremiah 33:3, God says, “Call to Me, and I will answer you.” This means God wants us to talk to Him every day. When we pray, God listens and teaches us through His word. He can also provide wisdom, courage, comfort, and show us the best path for us.
Sometimes God’s answers are not always what we imagine. However, God always gives the best at the right time. Therefore, do not be afraid to come to God in prayer. The more often we talk to Him, the more we come to know His love and the more we trust His plan.
Let’s take time every day to pray, Rehobot Kids. Share all the contents of your heart with God. He always waits for His children to come to Him and is happy to show His love, help, and beautiful plans for every child who believes in Him.
