Happy to Share with Love
1 Corinthians 13:5
” It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”
That day, the teacher organized a block-stacking game. Each group had to work together to build the tallest tower. Miki actually wanted to stack the blocks from start to finish because he felt he was the most skilled. However, he noticed Bima wanted to try but was hesitant, fearing he might make a mistake. So, Miki handed some blocks to Bima and invited him to build the tower together. Even though their group didn’t win, everyone was happy because every member had the chance to participate.
Rehobot Kids, love keeps us from thinking only of ourselves. When we are willing to share opportunities, help friends, or encourage others, we are showing a heart full of love. That kind of attitude makes friends feel valued and accepted.
Sometimes, we want to be the best or always go first. However, God teaches us to be humble and willing to give others a chance. When we choose to share and work together, we are learning to love just as God desires.
Come on, Rehobot Kids—be children who love to share with a heart full of love. Give your friends a chance, don’t hesitate to help others, and do every good deed with a sincere heart. Through that kind of attitude, others can experience God’s love in our lives.
