Love Like the Lord Jesus
Ephesians 5:2
“and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.”
Rehobot Kids, did you know that the Lord Jesus loves us very much? His love is so great that He was willing to sacrifice to save us. The Lord Jesus not only said that He loves us, but also proved it through His actions.
As children of God, we are also invited to follow the example of the Lord Jesus. We can show love by sharing toys, lending pencils to friends who need them, comforting friends who are sad, or helping parents at home. Through these simple actions, God’s love can be felt by others.
Indeed, loving and helping is not always easy. However, when we choose to do good, we are learning to live as the Lord Jesus wants. Little by little, our hearts will be shaped into ones that are loving, generous and helpful.
Come on, Rehobot Kids, pray that the Lord Jesus will help us have a loving heart. Let’s learn to share, forgive, help and do good to everyone. In this way, other people can see the love of the Lord Jesus through our words and actions.
