Ready to Do Good
Titus 3:1
“Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good,”
Rehobot Kids, have Mom, Dad, or your teachers ever asked you to help with something? Perhaps you were asked to tidy up the classroom, help a friend who is having difficulties, or clear the dining table at home. Sometimes we may feel lazy or think, Let someone else do it. But God teaches us to always be ready to do what is good.
In Titus 3:1, God reminds us to obey those in authority and be ready to do every good work. As children, we can put this into practice by respecting our parents, listening to our teachers, following the guidance of our leaders at church, and being willing to help others without having to be told over and over again.
Rehobot Kids, when we respect those whom God has placed to guide us and are always ready to do good, we are showing our love for God. Through this attitude, our lives become a light to others and bring joy wherever we go. Let us be children who are obedient, humble, and always ready to do good every day.
