Today’s Devotional Title:
Held by God’s Hand
Isaiah 41:13
“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
On her first day at a new school, Livia stood at the gate with a pounding heart. She didn’t have any friends yet, didn’t know the teachers, and everything felt unfamiliar. Her hands felt cold, and she hesitated to take a step forward.
Then her mom held her hand and said, “I’m here. You’re not alone.” Instantly, Livia felt calmer and brave enough to walk inside.
Rehobot Kids, have you ever felt like that? Afraid to try something new, nervous about facing something, or feeling alone? Today’s Bible verse reminds us that we are never alone. God says that He holds our hand.
Imagine—the great God is holding your hand with love. He doesn’t just watch from far away, but walks with you. When you are afraid, God says, “Do not be afraid.” When you feel weak, God says, “I will help you.”
Our strength doesn’t come from ourselves, but from God who is always with us. Even when we feel like we can’t do it, God faithfully gives us courage and help.
So today, Rehobot Kids, if you feel afraid or worried, remember this: God is holding your hand. You are not walking alone. With God, you can move forward bravely.
