Hi, Rehobot Kids!
If you have plans for today, have you asked God to help you?
Sometimes we have many plans. For example, we may want to study well, play with friends, or help Mom and Dad at home. We hope everything will go the way we want. But not all plans always turn out the way we imagine. That is why God’s Word reminds us to commit every plan to the Lord.
Imagine you are making a kite. You may already have paper, bamboo sticks, and string. But if you don’t follow the right steps, the kite might break and won’t be able to fly. In the same way, we need God’s guidance so our steps can go in the right direction.
God’s wisdom is like a guide that helps us make the right decisions. When we pray and commit our plans to God, He will guide us to do what is good and right.
Rehobot Kids, let’s learn to involve God in all our plans. Before studying, playing, or doing anything, we can pray: “Lord, I commit my plans to You. Please guide me to do what is good today.”
When we do this, we are learning to live with God’s wisdom every day.
