Guard Your Heart and Mind
Philippians 4:7
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
Rehobot Kids, we believe that God always protects and cares for His creation at all times. He never stops being with us. But now, ask yourself, do we also long to be close to Him? The Word of God says that the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds. Peace is not just something to read about, but something to experience and live out every day.
Peace from God makes our hearts calm and gentle. Peace also encourages us to know God more and share His love with others. For example, when a friend is sad or hurt, are we willing to approach them and comfort them? Or when a friend is bullied, do we dare to stand by their side?
When we choose to accompany, encourage, or help friends in need, we are sharing God’s peace. Small things like sharing books, food, or words of encouragement mean a lot to God.
Rehobot Kids, God’s peace cannot be replaced by anything else. Peace makes our hearts strong and full of love. Let’s live in His peace and share it with others every day. Because the Father’s love never changes for any of us.
