Today’s Devotional Title:
My Super Power
Psalm 18:2
“I love You, LORD, my strength.”
Rehobot Kids, you all love superhero stories, right? Every superhero has a cool super power. Some can fly, some have super strength, some shoot spider webs, and some can change their size. When they fight bad guys, they use their super powers to win.
Did you know? We are like superheroes too! But our enemy is not a monster or a villain from a movie. Our enemy is the devil, who tries to tempt us to do bad things—like disobeying our parents, teasing friends, saying unkind words, lying, or taking things that don’t belong to us.
So, what is our super power? Today’s Bible verse teaches us that our super power is God Himself! Wow—that’s amazing! When God is with us, there is no power greater than Him. God is the strongest, most powerful, and never-losing strength.
But remember, Rehobot Kids, this super power works when we choose to love God and obey Him. When we choose to do what is right, pray, and listen to God’s Word, God gives us strength to fight against bad things.
Come on, Rehobot Kids, let’s be God’s superheroes! Love God with all your heart, obey His Word, and use God’s Super Power every day!
