God Is Watching Over Me
Psalm 121:3
“He will not let your foot slip—
He who watches over you will not slumber.”
Rehobot Kids, have you ever felt scared when walking in a dark place, fallen while playing, or felt nervous before a test? In moments like these, remember that God is always with you. God’s Word in Psalm 121:3 tells us that God watches over every step we take and never becomes careless or tired.
Just like a father or mother carefully watches their child learning to walk, God also takes care of us every day. Even the small things in our lives—going to school, playing with friends, or praying before going to sleep—are all seen and cared for by God. God never leaves us alone.
When we know that God is always near, our hearts can feel calm and brave. We don’t need to be afraid to face challenges, because God is ready to help us. When we feel sad, God comforts us. When we feel confused, God shows us the way. God’s presence gives us hope that everything will be okay.
Come on, Rehobot Kids, let’s learn to fully trust God. At home, at school, and wherever we are, remember this: we are never alone, because God is our faithful Protector.
