With God, I Can
Judges 4:4
“Now Deborah, a prophet, the wife of Lappidoth, was leading Israel at that time.”
Truth Kids friends, have you ever felt afraid? Maybe afraid when you have to stand in front of the class, afraid when you are in a dark place, or afraid that no one will want to play with you.
Well, Deborah in the Bible was brave enough to lead the people of Israel because she trusted that God would always help her. Just like Deborah, we can also be brave because God is always with us.
So, even though we are still young, we can be courageous like the prophet Deborah. Start by being brave in doing good things every day: brave enough to be honest even when others choose to lie, brave enough to help a friend even if someone makes fun of us, and brave enough to pray even when others might laugh.
With God, we don’t need to be afraid anymore because He is always with us. He protects us and gives us strength. That’s why, Truth Kids friends, let’s learn to be brave in the little things every day. Because with God, we surely can!
