Today’s Devotional Title:
When Wifi Disconnects, Keep Your Faith Connected
“Jesus told him, ‘Don’t be afraid; just believe.’” (Mark 5:36).
Wifi connection can suddenly drop and make us panic, especially during a Zoom call, gaming session, or social media scroll. But what’s worse is when our faith also “disconnects” the moment problems hit.
Jesus reminded Jairus, whose daughter was very ill: “Don’t be afraid, just believe.” When reality screams “impossible,” that’s when faith is tested—whether we’ll stay connected to God or disconnect because of fear.
In this fast-paced Gen Z world, we often stress out when our “connection” to plans or relationships breaks. But here’s the good news: faith isn’t based on circumstances, faith is the decision to stay connected to Jesus, the true source of life.
So don’t let problems or failures be the reason you disconnect from God. Wifi may disconnect, but your faith should stay connected. Keep plugging your heart into Jesus through prayer, the Word, and spiritual community.
What To Do:
Restart with prayer: whenever fear shows up, take a deep breath and whisper a short prayer, “Lord, I believe You are still at work.”
Connect with the Word: read one verse before bed to keep your faith connected.
