True Wisdom

James 3:13
“Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.”

Hi, Rehobot Youth! Many people assume that a spiritual life is only evident when someone is diligent in worship, prayer, or active in ministry. While all of these are important, God’s Word shows that spirituality doesn’t stop at spiritual activities. A personal relationship with God should be reflected in how we live our daily lives. True spirituality always produces tangible changes in character and actions.

James says that a wise person demonstrates their wisdom through a good way of life. This means that spiritual wisdom is not merely knowledge of God’s Word, but truth embodied in daily life. When we live close to God, the Holy Spirit shapes the way we speak, make decisions, treat others, manage our emotions, and fulfill every responsibility God has entrusted to us.

Rehobot Youth, spirituality is not something rigid. Our relationship with God is actually evident in simple things: choosing to be honest even when no one is watching, forgiving when we’re hurt, remaining humble in the face of success, being responsible in our duties, and showing love to those around us. This is the spiritual wisdom that grows from a heart that continually walks with God.

Therefore, Rehobot Youth, don’t be content with merely knowing God’s Word. Let that Word transform the way you live every day. The closer your relationship with God is, the more evident the fruit of His wisdom will be in your every word, attitude, and action. The world may not always read the Bible, but they can see Christ through your life.

What To Do?
1. Pray and read God’s Word every day.
2. Demonstrate faith through love, honesty, and responsibility.
3. Evaluate daily whether your attitude reflects God’s wisdom.
