The Masterpiece
Ephesians 2:10
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Rehobot Youth, let’s be honest—it’s so easy these days to feel “inadequate.” Look at others on social media and immediately compare ourselves: “Why is their life so much better?” Without realizing it, we start to doubt ourselves.
But God’s Word says something different: you are God’s workmanship. It wasn’t just made. It wasn’t a coincidence. You were formed intentionally, with detail, and with purpose.
An artist never creates a masterpiece haphazardly. Everything is thought out, everything has meaning. Just like your life. Your personality, your abilities, even your life process—it’s all in God’s plan.
The problem is, we’re often so busy looking at other people’s canvases that we forget to appreciate God’s work in ourselves.
In fact, God has prepared something special for you. Good things that only you can do. You don’t need to be someone else to be meaningful. You simply need to be the best version of yourself in God.
So stop comparing yourself. Start seeing yourself from God’s perspective: valuable, chosen, and purposeful.
What To Do?
• Be grateful for who you are today.
• Stop comparing yourself; start focusing on what God has given you.
• Ask: “God, what can I do today to be a blessing?”
