Today’s devotional is titled:
Strong Because of God
Philippians 4:13
“I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.”
That morning, Dito was trying to open the cap of his water bottle. He twisted with all his strength, but still couldn’t do it. “I’m too weak,” he grumbled in frustration.
Then Andi walked by and said, “Do you want to try again? But this time, let’s ask God for strength first.”
Dito chuckled a little, but agreed. They prayed a short prayer together.
Then Dito tried again… and it worked!
Andi smiled, “Sometimes we feel small and weak, but God can always give us strength—even for little things.”
After Sunday School, Dito was excited to help his mom carry groceries. “Lord, please help me be strong!” he whispered.
Truth Kids friends, let’s believe that God can help us. Don’t be afraid to try good things. Even though we are still small, our God is great! With Him, we can do many things!
