Today’s Devotional is titled:
Small Hands
“Is there anyone here who has five barley loaves and two fish? But what good are they for so many people?”- John 6:9
Sometimes in ministry, we feel our hands are too small, not strong enough, not impressive enough, and their impact isn’t visible. We grow weary, feeling that what we do seems pointless. But God isn’t looking for big hands He’s looking for hands that are willing to reach out. Those small hands are what God uses to bless thousands of people.
When we feel we can’t go on, remember that our small hands are being held by God’s mighty hands. We aren’t asked to be strong on our own, but to keep trusting and surrendering. God will perfect our strength in the midst of our weakness. You may feel unnoticed, but in His presence, your hands are writing the history of eternal love.
So, if you feel tired today, it doesn’t mean you’re useless. It means you’re giving with all your heart. Let God’s mighty hand strengthen our small hands once again.
What to Do:
1. Take time to be still with God to recharge your weary heart.
2. Remind yourself that God can use your small hands for a great impact. Start by writing down the small things you’ve done, no matter how small they may seem.
3. Never underestimate your service because God doesn’t.
