Luke 10:39
“She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said.”
Truth Kids friends, I hope you all make it a habit to read or listen to Truth Kids devotionals every day. God’s Word helps us know and love Him more. Going to Sunday School also helps us understand Jesus better. How is your attitude during worship? Are you still busy with yourself or playing with friends during Sunday School? Hopefully not, right?
Today we learn from one of the women of faith—Mary. Mary sat at the Lord’s feet and kept listening to His words. She sincerely listened to Jesus speaking to her. Mary chose what is best—being close to God.
So let’s follow Mary’s example! Let’s sit and listen attentively every time we hear God’s Word.
