Puzzle Pieces

“I am fully confident of this, that He who began a good work among you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus”- Philippians 1:6

Hello Gen Z folks, Have you ever imagined trying to assemble a puzzle, only to find one or two pieces missing? It’s so frustrating. You think, “I’ve put together so many pieces, yet some are still missing.” It’s like a sense of regret because some puzzle pieces are missing or damaged. Sometimes our families are like that too incomplete, with some pieces damaged, and even some that are gone forever and can’t be replaced.
For some of us, the word “family” brings to mind drama, conflict, or loss. No one wants a broken puzzle, but in the puzzle of life, even if some pieces are missing, God can “redesign” it into something beautiful perhaps even different from our original plan. God doesn’t always restore our lives exactly as they were before, but He can create something new and more meaningful than what was once broken, including our families. We may think our lives can’t be put back together because of family circumstances, but God’s love can cover what’s missing, heal what’s broken, and complete what’s imperfect. God’s plan for our lives still stands.

What to Do:
1. Bring your family circumstances into prayer. Mention one thing in your family you want to improve and one thing you want to thank God for.
2. Show God’s love through simple actions like listening more without judging and giving small acts of kindness.
