Mind Full or Mindful?

Today’s devotional is titled:
Mind Full or Mindful?

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
(Psalm 46:10a)

We live in an extremely busy world — constant streams of information, never-ending notifications, and minds that keep running even when the body is at rest. No wonder so many of us live with crowded minds and empty hearts.

God didn’t create us to live in constant noise. He created us to be still before Him, to know who He is, and to rediscover who we are in Him. Stillness is not passivity; it is a heart posture of intentional awareness.

Gen Z deeply needs the practice of spiritual mindfulness — not just as a calming technique, but as a way to reconnect our souls with God.

What to Do?
1. Practice a “one minute of silence” session — in the morning, afternoon, and evening — simply to become aware of God’s presence.
2. Write down how you feel afterward, and reflect: do I feel more sensitive or more at peace?
