Today’s devotional is titled:
Living with an Eternal Purpose

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Matthew 6:33

Rehobot Youth, in our youth, we often have many goals in life. Some want to excel in school or college, succeed in their careers, have many friends, or achieve specific dreams. None of these things are wrong. However, amidst these various targets and busyness, we need to ask ourselves: “What is the state of my spiritual life?” Let us not become so focused on pursuing various things that we neglect our relationship with God—which should be our top priority.

Without realizing it, many people go through life without a clear spiritual purpose. They are busy managing daily activities but rarely make time to pray, read God’s Word, or build an intimate relationship with Him. Consequently, their spiritual life weakens and becomes easily influenced by worldly values. Yet, God calls us to grow not only academically, socially, or financially, but also spiritually.

Rehobot Youth, God desires that we seek the Kingdom of God first. This means making God the center of our lives and involving Him in every decision we make. When our spiritual life becomes a priority, we gain the right direction for living. We live not merely to pursue temporary success, but to know God more deeply and to do His will.

Come, Rehobot Youth, let us start building a life with a spiritual purpose. Do not be content with simply being a Christian who attends worship services; instead, become a person who truly grows in their relationship with God. When we pay attention to our spiritual life, God will help us live with wisdom, maintain a clear purpose, and stand firm amidst the challenges of the times.

What To Do?
• Set aside dedicated time for God every day.
• Re-evaluate your life priorities.
• Set goals for spiritual growth.
