Keep Standing

“The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with His hand.”
📖 Psalm 37:23–24

Guys, there are days when life still feels unfinished. Plans don’t work out, emotions go up and down, and we start thinking, “Why am I like this again and again?” In moments like that, it’s so easy to lose confidence—and even forget who we really are.

Gratitude in the middle of a messy season isn’t about pretending to be strong. Gratitude is an acknowledgment that our lives are still being held by God. That even when our steps are shaky, our identity is still secure in His hands.

When we are grateful, we stop seeing ourselves as failures and start seeing ourselves as people who are being led. We are not defined by how often we fall and get back up, but by the God who supports us every single day.

Things may not have changed yet, but gratitude helps us stand in this truth: I am still walking with God, and that is enough for today.

So if today you feel like you haven’t gotten anywhere yet, don’t be quick to blame yourself. It could be that God is building the foundation of your identity—one small step, one thankful moment at a time.

What To Do:
1. Name one simple thing today that shows God is still guiding your life.
2. When you feel like you’ve fallen, remember: falling doesn’t erase your identity in God.
3. Give thanks as a sign of trust, not because everything is already finished.
