Growing!
Luke 2:52
“And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”
Hello, Truth Junior friends! Jesus, the Son of God, also experienced childhood just like us. He grew in wisdom, His body became stronger, and His life pleased both God and the people around Him. That was because Jesus was always willing to learn, obey His parents, and treat everyone with kindness.
This means Jesus understands what it’s like to be a child, having homework, learning new things, and facing everyday challenges. He showed us by example that obedience, diligence, and a loving attitude make our lives pleasing before God.
We can follow Jesus in small ways. For example, finishing our homework without being reminded many times, helping Mom without complaining, or being friendly to a new classmate at school. These simple actions show that we want to grow like Jesus, not just in knowledge, but also in wisdom, kindness, and favor with others.
Truth Junior friends, true growth is not only about height or grades, but about a heart that becomes more like Jesus. Let’s start today by learning to follow Him in our words, thoughts, and actions, so that our lives can be a blessing to many people.
