God Present in the Midst of Life
Matthew 28:20
“…And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
We often sense God’s presence when we’re at church, in worship, in prayer, or during specific spiritual moments. But when we return to our routines, schoolwork, social pressures, relationship conflicts, or personal struggles, we start to feel as though God is far away and absent.
Yet Jesus clearly said, “I am with you always.” This means God’s presence is not limited by place, atmosphere, or our life circumstances. He is present in the midst of busyness, confusion, exhaustion, and even in the decisions we often consider trivial.
The God who is present is not merely the God we seek during crises, but the God who walks with us every day. He is there when we feel strong or weak, when our faith is firm or when we are full of questions. His presence becomes a divine reality that accompanies our real lives.
Realizing that God is truly present changes our perspective on life. We learn to live with the awareness that every step, attitude, and decision we make is in God’s presence. That is where faith ceases to be a concept and becomes a living experience.
What To Do?
• Train yourself to be aware of God’s presence in your daily activities.
• When facing life’s pressures, remember that you are not walking alone.
• Let the awareness of God’s presence shape our mindset, heart attitude, and actions.
