God Is in the Middle of Your Exhaustion
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
The hardest kind of exhaustion to recover from isn’t physical — it’s the tiredness of the heart. Tired from always having to be strong. Tired from having no space to be honest. Tired from feeling like every responsibility is on your shoulders.
But God sees you. He doesn’t wait for you to be strong before you come to Him. It’s in your exhaustion that He invites you to pause, sit with Him, and experience a rest that the world cannot offer.
Jesus knows what it means to be tired. He once slept in a boat during a storm because His body carried the weight of humanity. But He also knows how to give peace — not just by removing the storm, but by being present with you in that situation.
What to Do:
1. When you feel overwhelmed today, don’t ignore it. Take 5 minutes to rest and pray.
2. Say: “Lord, I’m not coming to prove my strength. I’m coming because I’m tired and I need You.”
