Today’s devotional is titled:
Fruit from a Relationship with Jesus
John 15:5
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
Today, Rena helped Mrs. Sari carry books to the classroom. Meanwhile, her friends were outside playing and laughing. “Why are you helping, Rena?” asked Niko.
Rena smiled, “I just want to be a blessing.”
At Sunday School, the teacher told a story about branches that stay connected to the vine. “If we remain in Jesus, we will surely bear much fruit!” said the teacher. Rena then thought, “God can use my little hands to do good things.”
The next day, Rena helped a friend who fell and shared her lunch with someone who forgot to bring theirs. Many of her classmates started doing good things too.
Truth Kids friends, Jesus wants us to remain in Him so that our lives produce good fruit, like love, kindness, and helping others. God can use our little hands for big things. With Jesus, nothing is impossible.
