Faithful in Small Things

“and because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them.”
— Acts 18:3

Hi, Rehobot Youth! Many young people dream of a financially secure future. There is nothing wrong with that. However, God cares not only about what we will possess in the future but also about how we manage what He has entrusted to us today.

Priscilla and Aquila were a couple who worked as tentmakers. They performed their work faithfully, but they didn’t stop there; they also opened their lives to serve God and support Paul’s ministry. They demonstrated that work, finances, and faith can go hand in hand to glorify God.

We often want to be entrusted with great things, yet we forget that God first looks at our faithfulness in small matters. The way we manage our allowance, use our time, fulfill our responsibilities, and handle the opportunities available today is part of God’s process of shaping our lives.

Financial stability that aligns with God’s will is not built overnight. It all begins with small habits: living wisely, avoiding wastefulness, learning to set priorities, and having a heart willing to share. It is faithfulness in simple things that prepares us to accept greater responsibilities in the future.

Rehobot Youth, do not make money the goal of your life. Make God the center of your life. When we are faithful in managing what God has entrusted to us today, He can use our lives to be a blessing to many.

What to Do?
• Learn to manage money, time, and responsibilities wisely.
• Avoid a lifestyle that focuses solely on yourself.
• Use every resource God gives you to be a blessing to others.
