Today’s Devotional is titled:
Faith Is Proven When You Don’t Run Away
“Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” – James 1:3
You don’t truly know how deep your roots of faith are… until the storm hits. Trials don’t come to destroy you, but to reveal whether what you’ve built can stand.
It’s uncomfortable when your heart is restless, your prayers go unanswered, and your motivation fades. But if you keep showing up — keep coming to God, keep obeying even when it’s slow — that’s where your faith becomes real.
Faith that’s never tested will never grow. Just like muscles only grow when they’re trained under weight.
What to Do:
1. Identify one challenge you’re currently facing and write down how you can keep standing in the middle of it.
2. Pray honestly, then speak this faith declaration:
“Lord, I will not run — I want to stay with You.”
