Today’s Devotional:
Connected, but Spiritually Disconnected?

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener… Remain in me, as I also remain in you.” – (John 15:1, 4a)

Gen Z is known as the most digitally “connected” generation — online 24/7. Yet ironically, many still feel empty, lonely, and unsure who to turn to. We might have 500 followers but still feel like we don’t have a true friend.

Jesus invites us to be connected to Him — not just occasionally, but to remain in Him. A relationship with God is not just a spiritual routine; it’s a living, ongoing connection. Just like a branch cannot live without the vine, we cannot thrive apart from Him.

A relationship with God isn’t just about going to church or glancing at the Bible. It’s about building a consistent, intimate connection. Amid the distractions of this world, we must choose to stay linked to the Source of Life.

What to Do?
1. Set aside quiet time today (at least 10 minutes) to have an honest, unscripted conversation with God.
2. Reflect: Are you truly remaining in God — or just visiting occasionally?
