Blessings That Take Time

“So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.” – Hebrews 10:35

Have you ever tried planting something from a seed? You water it, you wait—and… nothing happens on day one. Maybe not even for weeks. But beneath the soil, roots are growing—unseen, yet real. And one day, a tiny sprout appears, proof that the process has been working all along.

Life is just like that. Sometimes it feels like God is silent. Like nothing is changing. But often, God is working beneath the surface—building a strong foundation before the blessing is revealed. Think of Joseph, who endured rejection, prison, and suffering for years before becoming a leader in Egypt. God is never in a rush, because He desires lasting fruit, not just quick fixes.

What to Do:
1. Reflect: What part of your life feels slow in progress? Ask, “What is God growing in me through this?”
2. Pray for perseverance and faith that doesn’t depend on speed, but on God’s faithfulness.
