Today’s devotional is titled:
Becoming a Trustworthy Person

“A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.” — Proverbs 22:1

In today’s world, many people strive to look impressive in front of others. Some want to be known for their achievements, abilities, or attractive image. However, God’s Word today reminds us that there is something far more valuable than all of that: character and trustworthiness.

A person may have great potential, but without integrity, others will find it hard to trust them. Conversely, a person who lives honestly, takes responsibility, and maintains a good attitude will be more valued in the long run. Trust isn’t built in a day, but through the daily practice of living rightly.

God doesn’t just want us to be talented individuals, but also trustworthy ones. When we guard our words, take responsibility for our tasks, don’t take advantage of others, and live with a sincere heart, those around us will see a different quality of life.

Rehobot Youth, the world needs young people who are not only smart and capable, but also have a heart that is right before God. When our lives are filled with integrity and kept in holiness, our presence can bring a sense of security, peace, and trust to others.

What to Do?
• Reflect: Have you been upholding others’ trust well?
• Practice being responsible in small daily matters.
• Ask God to shape your life into an honest, faithful, and trustworthy person.
