A Young Person Who Was Trusted
2 Timothy 3:15
“And how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”
Hello, Truth Junior Friends! Have you ever felt like you’re too young to do something important? Sometimes we think, “Oh, I’m just a kid.” But did you know that in the Bible there was a young man named Timothy who was amazing?
From a young age, Timothy was taught God’s Word by his mother and grandmother. He loved learning about the Scriptures and was faithful to God. Because of his good heart and dedication, the Apostle Paul trusted him to help lead the church. In fact, Timothy was chosen to become a church leader even though he was still young. Isn’t that incredible?
Timothy didn’t let his age stop him from serving God. He served with humility, prayed diligently, and studied God’s Word every day. Because of his faithfulness, God used Timothy in a powerful way to strengthen many people.
Truth Junior Friends, you can be like Timothy too! Start with small things: pray every day, read your Bible, help your parents, and be kind to your friends. God loves to see children who are willing to learn and stay faithful to Him. Don’t wait until you’re grown up to be a blessing—you can start today!
