Today’s devotional is titled:
A Small Idea, A Big Plan
2 Kings 5:3
“She said to her mistress, ‘If only my master would see the prophet who is in Samaria! He would cure him of his leprosy.’”
Every afternoon, Nara loved to play doctor with her dolls. One day, she saw her older brother looking sad because his friend was sick. Nara innocently said, “Why don’t you ask your Sunday School teacher? Maybe they can pray, just like the prophets in the Bible.”
Her brother laughed at first, but he actually did it. A few weeks later, his friend was healed, and everyone was touched.
Truth Kids friends, did you know? In the Bible, there was also a little girl who gave her master the idea to go meet the prophet Elisha, and that idea brought healing (2 Kings 5:3). It turns out, God can use a simple idea from a child for something big!
So, don’t be shy to share good ideas! Even though you are still young, God can use your words and actions to help others.
