Today’s devotional is titled:
Growing to the Fullest Under God’s Guidance
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Ephesians 2:10
Rehobot Youth, everyone possesses unique, God-given potential. Some have gifts for leadership, communication, music, sports, creative thinking, or serving others. Unfortunately, many young people doubt themselves or fail to recognize the potential they possess. Yet, God never created anyone without a purpose. Every talent, ability, and opportunity we have is part of God’s beautiful plan for our lives.
In the process of growing and developing our potential, we often face various challenges. Sometimes we feel inadequate, compare ourselves to others, or fear failure. However, God never asks us to grow by relying on our own strength. He is the source of strength that enables us to keep learning, developing, and rising up after experiencing failure. When we rely on God, we grow not only in ability but also in character and spiritual maturity.
Rehobot Youth, God is also a faithful Guide. Not every opportunity or ability we possess should be used at our own whim; God wants us to develop our potential according to His will. Through God’s Word, prayer, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we learn to understand the direction God desires for our lives. When our potential develops under God’s guidance, the result is not merely personal success, but a life that brings glory to Him.
Therefore, Rehobot Youth, do not be afraid to grow and develop the potential God has entrusted to you. Keep learning, practicing, and improving yourself, while continuing to rely on God throughout the process. When God becomes the source of your strength and your life’s guide, the potential within you will flourish to the fullest and become a blessing—not only to yourself but also to the many people around you.
What To Do?
• Recognize the potential God has given you.
• Grow and develop alongside God.
• Use your potential to be a blessing.
