A Balanced Life

Hi, Rehobot Youth! Have you ever felt like your life is just too full? There are assignments to finish, targets to reach, and ministry commitments to fulfill—not to mention time for family and friends. Sometimes, we’re unsure how to handle it all well without feeling overwhelmed.
In the Bible, there is a woman named Lydia. She was a seller of purple cloth, which shows that she was a diligent and responsible worker. Yet, upon coming to know the Lord, Lydia didn’t just grow personally; she also opened her home to support the ministry and became a blessing to many.
Through Lydia’s life, we learn that following God doesn’t mean neglecting our daily responsibilities. God is present in every part of our lives—at school, at work, with family, in ministry, and in our relationships with others. Everything can run smoothly when God is at the center of every decision we make.
Life balance doesn’t mean being able to do everything perfectly. Balance begins when we have the right priorities. When God leads our lives, He grants us the wisdom to manage our time, fulfill our responsibilities faithfully, and continue growing in our relationship with Him.
Rehobot Youth, God cares not only about your achievements but also about the person you are becoming. When God is the center of your life, every aspect of your life becomes more purposeful and serves as a blessing to others.
What to Do?
• Re-evaluate your current life priorities.
• Make time to nurture your relationship with God amidst your busy schedule.
• Ask God for wisdom so that every talent, opportunity, and responsibility you possess may become a blessing to others.
