Today’s devotional is titled:
A Work Still in Progress

Ephesians 2:10
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Rehobot Youth, we often judge ourselves too quickly. We see others more advanced and successful, and then we start to feel left behind. Without realizing it, we forget one important thing: we are God’s workmanship. Not a finished work, but a work in progress.

God is shaping your life. There is a purpose, a plan, but there is also a process. And let’s be honest, that process doesn’t always look neat. Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes confusing, and there are even parts that make us feel insecure.

The problem is, we often look at our lives in the middle of the process and immediately say, “This isn’t good.” But God isn’t finished yet.
Like an unfinished painting—if you look at it from the middle, it might look strange. But the artist knows what he’s working on. He keeps adding details, refining, until it’s finally beautiful.

So it is with God in your life. He’s not in a rush. He’s detailed. Even the little things you think are insignificant, God uses to shape you.

So don’t rush to conclude your life. You’re not a failure. You’re being shaped. And one day, you’ll see: God never makes mistakes in your life.

What To Do?
• Stop comparing your process to others.
• Trust that God is still working, even if you don’t understand it yet.
• Keep going with the process—God isn’t finished with you.
