Small Impact, Big Purpose
Matthew 5:16
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
Rehobot Youth, we often think that if we want to be used by God, we have to do big things. We have to be visible, we have to be impactful, we have to be extraordinary. In fact, God often works through small things.
A simple smile, listening to a friend, helping without being asked, saying something kind when someone is rude—these may seem small, but they can have a big impact on others. The problem is, we often underestimate the small things. We feel they don’t matter enough. Yet, in God’s eyes, every act of love is part of His beautiful work.
What makes it special is this: God uses you in a unique way. The way you care, the way you respond, the way you are present—those are irreplaceable.
Through those small impacts, people can feel something different. And without realizing it, they see God through your life. So don’t wait to be “big” to be used by God. In fact, through the simple things today, God is revealing His glory.
What To Do?
• Do small acts of kindness sincerely every day.
• Don’t underestimate the small impact you make.
• Realize: your life can be a channel for God’s glory.
