Today’s devotional is titled:
God’s Touch Within You

Isaiah 64:8
Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.

Rehobot Youth, we often want life to go according to our plans. We have a vision: what we want to be, where our lives are headed, how everything should happen. But when the reality is different, we become disappointed, even confused.

That’s where God’s Word reminds us: we are like clay. And God is the Molder. Clay doesn’t determine its own shape; it is molded. And honestly, the process isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it has to be “remodeled,” sometimes it has to be reshaped, and sometimes parts have to be removed.

Just like our lives. Changed plans, paths that don’t go as expected, things that feel like failure—we often see these as the end. But they may actually be part of God’s process of shaping us. The problem is, we often focus on what’s missing, not on what God is doing.

God knows the best shape for your life. He doesn’t just shape things. He knows the ultimate goal. And as long as you’re in His hands, your life will never be without direction.

So learn to trust, even if you don’t understand yet. Because often, the best formation happens in processes we don’t choose.

What To Do?
• Let go of excessive control and entrust the direction of your life to God.
• Accept processes that don’t go according to plan as part of the formation.
• Remain faithful in your part today, even if you don’t yet understand the outcome.
