Today’s Devotional Title:
Stay Calm in the Lord

Ecclesiastes 3:11
“He has made everything beautiful in its time…”

Sometimes life feels extremely messy. College plans change. Family issues don’t get resolved. Relationships grow distant. Or you feel left behind while your friends already seem to have “made it.” It can feel like a tangled thread with no clear end. We want God to fix everything fast—according to our timeline. But maybe God is weaving something bigger than we can understand.

Often, we see life like the back side of an embroidery—full of knots, overlapping threads, and patterns that don’t make sense. But God sees the front side. He’s forming a complete picture. Trusting the process means trusting that the Designer knows exactly what He’s doing, even when we don’t see the final result yet.

Look at Joseph. Sold by his brothers, falsely accused, imprisoned. If you think about it, his life looked like a series of failed episodes. Yet in every phase, there was one powerful truth: the Lord was with Joseph. The pit and the prison were not the end of his story—they were part of the process leading to the palace. Without those dark seasons, he wouldn’t have been ready to lead.

So if your life feels out of order right now, don’t panic. Stay calm in the Lord. He never loses control. His timing may be different from ours, but the outcome is always beautiful. Trust the process. God is working—even in the middle of your chaos.

What To Do?
1. Rely on God, even when life feels heavy.
2. Believe that God’s grace is enough for the next 24 hours. One step at a time with Him.
3. Start a gratitude journal to notice that God is still working in the smallest details of your life.
