Today’s devotional is titled:
You Are Not Alone
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:19
There are times when life feels heavy. Words from others, rejection, or experiences of being bullied can leave our hearts weary and lonely. Sometimes we smile on the outside while carrying pain inside. If you are in that season, today’s Scripture delivers an important message: you are not alone.
Psalm 34:19 reminds us that God is not distant or indifferent. He is near, especially to those whose hearts are hurting. God sees the tears that others may not notice, and He understands the pain that is hard to put into words.
God’s closeness doesn’t always make our problems disappear immediately, but His presence gives us strength to endure and hope to move forward. In the midst of our pain, God walks with us, embraces our broken hearts, and gradually restores them.
What To Do:
1. Take time to be honest with God about what you are feeling.
2. Remind yourself today: you are valuable and not alone.
3. If possible, share your struggles with someone you trust within your community.
