Subtheme: A Life That Knows Its Place = A Life That Pleases God
Today’s devotional is titled:
Knowing Your Place Brings Peace
“The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.”
📖 Psalm 24:1
Rehobot Youth, one source of spiritual exhaustion is when we forget our position. We start feeling like life is entirely our responsibility, as if everything must be controlled and proven by our own efforts.
God’s Word reminds us clearly: everything belongs to God. Our lives, our future, even the small things we often take for granted. When we recognize this truth, our hearts become calmer.
Living with self-awareness means we no longer act like we’re strong enough or capable enough on our own. We know when to work hard, and when to surrender. And from that awareness, gratitude naturally grows.
God is pleased with a heart that knows its place—not one filled with pride. When we stop claiming everything as ours, God has room to work freely in our lives.
What To Do:
1. Surrender one area of your life that you’ve been holding too tightly.
2. Give thanks because your life is fully in God’s hands.
3. Practice saying: “God, I belong to You—use me according to Your will.”
