Faith That Brings Healing
Mark 5:34
“Then He said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering!’”
Hello, Truth Junior friends! Have you ever read the Bible story about a woman who suffered from bleeding for twelve long years? She had spent all her savings on doctors, but none could heal her. She must have felt tired and almost hopeless.
But when she heard about Jesus, her heart was filled with hope again. She said to herself, “If I just touch His cloak, I will be healed.” With faith, she pushed through the crowd and touched Jesus’ robe. Immediately, God’s power worked, and she was healed! Jesus turned and said, “Daughter, your faith has healed you.” How great is the love of Jesus!
This woman became a hero of faith because she dared to believe in Jesus even in the midst of hardship. She didn’t give up, but kept her hope in God.
We too face challenges—illness, failing an exam, having arguments with friends, or feeling alone. In those moments, we can learn not to stop believing. We can come to Jesus in prayer and trust that He is able to help us.
Strong faith doesn’t always make problems disappear right away, but it gives us a heart that is strong, calm, and full of hope. The Lord Jesus delights in children who believe in Him and rely on His power.
