Bridge of Love, Not Wall of Ego
“Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
– Philippians 2:4
Ego often becomes the wall that separates us from friends, companions, or even family. We get busy defending our own opinions, while healthy relationships are born from humility to listen and understand. Jesus humbled Himself for our salvation. If He was willing, why would we still choose pride? Strong relationships can only be built when love is greater than ego. Don’t let the wall of ego close your heart, but build the bridge of love that restores connection.
What to Do:
1. In times of conflict, ask yourself: “Am I building a bridge or a wall?”
2. Take the humble step to overcome ego for the sake of love.
